Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

(a) There are No Returns & No Exchanges on these products unless you receive a wrong product. If so, please write to us at barsa.living@gmail.com with your Order Number and Full Name, along with the reason for exchange, within 7 days of receiving your product, so that we can schedule a reverse pickup.

(b) If in any case you are not happy with the product, or have a query or feedback about the product, please feel free to write to us at barsa.living@gmail.com.
We will be happy to assist you and try resolving your concern.

(c) Once we receive the product, it will go through a thorough examination by our backend team. If the product fails our quality check, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow us 3–5 working days for this process.

(d) In case of an approved return, a ₹100 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
